Hills To Burns To Rowe In Less Than A Week

10/25/2012 9:15:16 PM Since the moment that Brad Craddock missed that 33 yard field goal on Saturday, nothing has gone right for the football team.  Both newly anointed starting QB, Devin Burns and starting wideout Marcus Leak are now gone for the season with foot injuries.

True freshman, Caleb Rowe is now the only QB on the roster.  Leak and Burns now find themselves on an injury report that has 26 other Terps on it.  Yes, that's right 28 Terps are currently on the injury report.  Read that again.

It's unfathomable.

If there is an upside (hard to find one here); it's that the Terps will get to look at Rowe under game conditions.  Depending on how he fares, the coaching staff should have a good idea who their starting QB will be next season.

Despite all this, the Terps can still beat BC on Saturday.  That's how bad BC is.

For now, let's see what this kid has before pushing the panic button and let's hope that the injury bug is limited to the football only.
